Despite the fact that the hotel was very close to the interstate, my room was very quiet and comfortable. I chose this particular hotel because of its proximity to my children who live in Glenview.

Unique hotel, fairly clean, healthy breakfast, decent location close to the airport. Newly remodelled and huge room plus nice sized bathroom. Big beds & very attentive employees from check-in to check-out. Easy check-in, parking onsite. Starbucks in the lobby, convenient. In the center of the city, very convenient.

The hotel is beautiful and great with nice staff from check-in to check-out. the room is particularly good and absolutely fantastic with 2 queen beds and a TV.

Front desk could not find our reservation when we arrived. Had to try to find our e-mailed copy from Booked.net. This was kind of a pain.

Lovely services were available here. the room had two full beds and was a good size, making me feel really cozy. Everyone who worked at this stylish hotel seemed to know their stuff! 😊

It was inexpensive, the breakfast service was excellent, and there weren't many guests, so it was like having the entire place to yourself.

Having cable TV with on-demand movies and a microwave oven in the room was convenient. the hotel is in a fantastic location in downtown Glenview, making it perfect for exploring the area.

As of 6/18/2012, my checking account activity statement shows that I was charged $799.90 , which has been debited to my account. The charge invoice given to me at the hotel front desk, when I checked-out indicates total charges amounting to $581.12. What appears, at this moment,is that there has been an over-charge of $218.78, I am, at this point, assuming that this is some sort of duplication of charges which will be reversed in the immediate future. I will be focused on the application of this credit. If your records indicate anything contrary to my expectations, you would be well advised to e-mail me early-on.
